Jamie Seitz, creator of Seitz Eats is a writer, wife, and mama of four living in Des Moines, Iowa, who just happens to love to cook. Her talents include the ability to manage with precision her busy family of six, unabashedly belting out Journey songs complete with sweet air guitar moves on a whim, whipping up a delish pot of soup or bowl of guac, and a knack for finding the funny in everyday life. Jamie has been meal planning and cooking for her own peeps for too many damn years to count and keeping track of it on her enormous dining room chalkboard (follow her at @seitzeats on Instagram to check it out). But after a few friends and then a few more and then some strangers started following her menus, she thought maybe, just maybe it was time for Seitz Eats to expand into a real life business. And voila!...here we are.
